I'm a freelance Lighting Cameraman/DOP. Working worldwide over the past 25 years, my experience ranges across a full spectrum of Broadcast Television including Current Affairs, History, Science and Arts programming;
Television Commercials, Corporate Advertising and Promotional Films, Campaign Films, Pop Promos, Live Action Animation and Independent Cinema Films.
I'm recognised for being friendly, highly creative and committed, upholding the belief that you are only as good as your last commission!
I approach all projects large or small with a dedication and a passion for my craft and I'm happy to be flexible and diverse, able to tailor my expertise to suit the job.
As a Lighting Cameraman I can adapt quickly to fluid fast paced situations, either taking direction or executing a given brief,
capable of 'thinking on my feet' and reacting intuitively to often sensitive filming situations.
And in the role of DOP I'm very experienced in both studio and location lighting situations , TV commercial production values and narrative drama set-ups .
During my time working in the Film and Television industry, I've gained immense practical experience working internationally dealing first hand with all the many and varied program styles, formats and lighting set ups across a huge variety of projects.
I have filmed across the globe for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, History Channel,
TLC, HBO, Sky TV, Swiss TV, RAI, TV3, ZDF plus many independent media organisations.
